A Retired Border Patrol Agent's letter

A retired border patrol agent's
letter Dear Senator Frist:

There is a huge amount of propaganda and myths circulating about illegal aliens, particularly illegal Mexican, Salvadorian, Guatemalan and Honduran aliens.

1. Illegal aliens generally do NOT want U.S. citizenship. Americans are very vain thinking that everybody in the world wants to be a U.S. citizen. Mexicans and other nationalities want to remain citizens of their home countries while obtaining the benefits offered by the United States such as employment, medical care, in-state tuition, government subsidized housing and free education for their offspring. Their main attraction is employment and their loyalty usually remains at home. They want benefits earned and subsidized by middle class Americans. What illegal aliens want are benefits of American reside nce without paying the price.

2. There are no jobs that Americans won't do. Illegal aliens are doing jobs that Americans can't take and still support their families. Illegal aliens take low wage jobs, live dozens in a single residence home, share expenses and send money to their home country. There are no jobs that Americans won't do for a decent wage.

3. Every person who illegally entered this nation left a home. They are NOT homeless and they are NOT Americans. Some left jobs in their home countries. They come to send money to their real home as evidenced by the more than 20 billion dollars sent out of the country each year by illegal aliens. These illegal aliens knowingly and willfully entered this nation in violation of the law and therefore assumed the risk of detection and deportation. Those who brought their alien children assumed the responsibility and risk on behalf of their children.

4. Illegal aliens are NOT critical to the economy. Illegal aliens constitute less than 5% of the workforce. However, they reduce wages and benefits for lawful U.S. residents.

5. This is NOT an immigrant nation. There are 280 million native born Americans. While it is true that this nation was settled and founded by immigrants (legal immigrants), it is also true that there is not a nation on this planet that was not settled by immigrants at one time or another.

6. The United States is welcoming to legal immigrants. Illegal aliens are not immigrants by definition. The U.S. accepts more lawful immigrants every year than the rest of the world combined.

7. There is no such thing as the "Hispanic vote". Hispanics are white, brown, black and every shade in between. Hispanics are Republicans, Democrats, Anarchists, Communists, Marxists and Independents. The so-called "Hispanic vote" is a myth. Pandering to illegal aliens to get the Hispanic vote is a dead end.

8. Mexico is NOT a friend of the United States. Since 1848 Mexicans have resented the United States. During World War I Mexico allowed German Spies to operate freely in Mexico to spy on the U.S. During World War II Mexico allowed the Axis powers to spy on the U.S. from Mexico. During the Cold War Mexico allowed spies hostile to the U.S. to operate freely. The attack on the Twin Towers in 2001 was cheered and applauded all across Mexico. Today Mexican school children are taught that the U.S. stole California, Arizona, new Mexico a nd Texas. If you don't believe it, check out some Mexican textbooks written for their schoolchildren.

9. Although some illegal aliens enter this country for a better life, there are 6 billion people on this planet. At least 1 billion of those live on less than one dollar a day. If wanting a better life is a valid excuse to break the law and sneak into America, then let's allow those one billion to come to America and we'll
turn the USA into a Third World nation overnight. Besides, there are 280 million native born Americans who want a better life. I'll bet Bill Gates and Donald Trump want a better life. When will the USA lifeboat be full? Since when is wanting a better life a good reason to trash another nation?

10. There is a labor shortage in this country. This is a lie. There are hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of American housewives, senior citizens, students, unemployed and underemployed who would gladly take jobs at a decent wage.

11. It is racist to want secure borders. What is racist about wanting secure borders and a secure America? What is racist about not wanting people to sneak into America and steal benefits we have set aside for legal aliens, senior citizens, children and other legal residents? What is it about race that entitles people to violate our laws, steal identities, and take the American Dream without paying the price?

For about four decades American politicians have refused to secure our borders and look after the welfare of middle class Americans. These politicians have been of both parties. A huge debt to American society has resulted. This debt will be satisfied and the interest will be high. There has already been riots in the streets by illegal aliens and their supporters. There will be more. You, as a politician, have a choice to offend the illegal aliens who have stolen into this country and demanded the rights afforded to U.S. citizens or to offend those of us who are stakeholders in this country. The interest will be steep either way.

There will be civil unrest. There will be a reckoning. Do you have the courage to do what is right for America? Or, will you bow to the wants and needs of those who don't even have the right to remain here?

There will be a reckoning. It will come in November of this year, again in 2008 and yet again in 2010.

We will not allow America to be stolen by third world agitators and thieves.

The cost of illegal immigrants to US

1. $11 billion to $22 billion is spend on welfare to illegal aliens each year.

2. $2.2 billion a year is spent on food assistance programs such as food stamps, WIC and free school lunches for illegal aliens.

3. $2.5 billion a year is spent on Medicaid for illegal aliens.

4. $12 billion a year is spent on primary and secondary school education for children here illegally and they cannot speak a word of English.

5. $17 billion a year is spent for education for American-born children of illegal aliens, known as anchor babies. 6. $3 million a day is spent to incarcerate illegal aliens.

6. 30 percent of all federal prison inmates are illegal aliens.

7. $90 billion a year is spent of illegal aliens for welfare and social services by American taxpayers.

8. $200 billion a year in suppressed American wages are caused by illegal aliens.

9. The illegal aliens in the United States have a crime rate that’s 2 1/2 times that of white non-illegal aliens. In particular, their children are going to make a huge additional crime problem in the U.S.

10. During the year of 2005 there were 4 to 10 million illegal aliens that crossed our southern border, also as many as 19,500 illegal aliens from terrorist countries. Millions of pounds of drugs, cocaine, meth, heroine and marijuana, crossed into the U.S. from the southern border.

11. The National Policy Institute, “estimated that the total cost of mass deportation would be between $206 and $230 billion or an average cost of between $41 to $46 billion annually over a five-year period.

12. In 2006 illegal aliens sent home $45 billion in remittances back to their countries of origin.

So using the lowest estimates, the annual cost of illegal aliens is $338.3 billion a year. So if deporting them costs between $206 and $230 billion, what do you think we should do?

When it comes time to vote remember which politician supports the illegal aliens. This is not a matter of political party, it’s the survival of America. YOU DO THE MATH!!

Great Commentary: How Mexicans are destorying the US

Well, here is what I say about all of us being from immigrants. Yes, that is true, but Americans (mainly white people) are trying to excuse this massive influx of Mexicans mainly because we've been brainwashed into being quiet and passive. We come up with unfounded, unrelated reasons that "We are all from immigrants" because we are scared to death knowing what the future of this country holds for us when the Mexicans become the majority.

If we were living in the 1800s, then I could say, "Fine, come on in." but here is the REAL dirt on illegal immigrants, mainly the Mexicans:

The United States of America is the most hated country in the world. Not because we have done anything wrong, but because everyone wants to be like us and live with us because let's face it, there really aren't that many other livable countries in the world today. For most of the world, there is a deep resentment and hatred of the US. The jealously is so strong that many come here for one motivation and one motivation only: to destroy it and us.

Most Mexicans believe the US was taken from them illegally. Well, it wasn't. They were stupid enough to sell it for a song. Such is business, get over it. Now, they have waged a war against us. They are embarking upon a hostile takeover of our country, and in the last 10 to 15 years, they have succeeded thanks to our stupidity. Mexicans that you think are just ignorant and willing to work in low-paying jobs, there the same ones that WE may be working for in the near future. Think about that you white people who pretend nothing is going on!

Also, illegal immigrants do not work, FACTUAL statistics prove that. Less than 14% of illegal immigrants are working. Most are here to nurse off of the tit of the United States because they think we owe them. Mexican women start having kids around the age of 13 and continue to be breeders up until the age of 50. The Mexican population is exploding and there will come a point when they bleed this country dry, then what happens? Well, the United States of America becomes a third world country like Mexico and we are all trying to get into Canada.

Americas (mainly the whites) have been far to passive, far too politically correct. The enemy is living among us folks and it isn't just Mexicans either. You think our Middle Eastern and Muslim residents in this country want to embrace us and our culture? If they did, they would stop dressing their women like mummies.

Wake up folks! We aren't in Kansas anymore. The US of A is dying and when this country dies, so does the world.

The illegal Mary is deported (what's the catch?)

I have linked the story below, but is anyone but me mad as heck as the country continues to try and pull our strings over this nonsense. This woman refused to respect the laws of this country, she lied, she stole someone's identity and she was harbored even though not only did she break the law to come here, she broke countless amounts of laws in staying here. If an AMERICAN CITIZEN would have broken those laws, they would be not only in jail, but anyone that harbored them, would also be in jail as well.

This is what annoys me about the double sided and forked tongue of the government. They allow these people to be here to use them as common slaves, when they are doing that against the backbone of the average middle class and lower class american who could do the jobs for minimum wage and then they throw this stupid little "examples" to try and appease us?! How dare they, our children are suffering, our hospitals, our communities, our way of life is being destroyed because our country is allowing millions of illegals to come here without regard. They are murders, rapist, guilty of drug trafficking, stealing our identities, our social security cards, they refuse to abide by our laws - WHY ARE THEY STILL HERE!!!!!!!

No one can give me a good rationale reason and this story is just disgusting. This is not about this woman making a point about a law that needs to be repelled in the first place. That child should be with his mother in Mexico! And if she is going to do anything, she needs to march to the Mexican government and DEMAND A BETTER WAY OF LIFE! Is she is going to be an activist, be an activist for change in her HOME COUNTRY!

Does anyone not get that part? People are acting like (puppets) like the US is the only place on the planet that people can be happy and successful. (haha on that) If you want a better way of life, walk to Mexico with your son and make one.

She broke the law twice, she stole someone's identity, she is not a hero, she is nothing but a criminal and we are being thrown this story by the government and whomever else that wants to not only insult our intelligence, but our integrity.

These Latino organizations are just as much an enemy of this country as any Al Queeda or anyone else.

We are being invaded, everyday we are being invaded by Mexican terrorists. Our country is trying to destroy us within and please please do not be manipulated by the media.

LOS ANGELES - An illegal immigrant who took refuge in a Chicago church for a year to avoid being separated from her U.S.-born son has been deported to Mexico, the church’s pastor said.

Elvira Arellano became an activist and a national symbol for illegal immigrant parents as she defied her deportation order and spoke out from her religious sanctuary. She held a news conference last week to announce that she would finally leave the church to try to lobby U.S. lawmakers for change.

She had just spoken at a Los Angeles rally when she was arrested Sunday outside Our Lady Queen of Angels church and deported, said the Rev. Walter Coleman, pastor of Adalberto United Methodist Church in Chicago, where Arellano had been living.

“She is free and in Tijuana,” said Coleman, who said he spoke to her on the phone. “She is in good spirits. She is ready to continue the struggle against the separation of families from the other side of the border.”

Her 8-year-old son, Saul, is now living with Coleman’s family. During a news conference in Los Angeles after Arellano’s arrest, the boy hid behind the pastor’s wife and wiped away tears.

Arellano had said on Saturday that she was not afraid of being taken into custody by immigration agents.

“From the time I took sanctuary, the possibility has existed that they arrest me in the place and time they want,” she said in Spanish. “I only have two choices. I either go to my country, Mexico, or stay and keep fighting. I decided to stay and fight.”

Arellano, 32, arrived in Washington state illegally in 1997. She was deported to Mexico shortly afterward, but returned and moved to Illinois in 2000, taking a job cleaning planes at O’Hare International Airport.

She was arrested in 2002 at O’Hare and convicted of working under a false Social Security number. She was to surrender to authorities last August but instead sought refuge at the church on Aug. 15, 2006.

She had not left the church property until she decided to travel by car to Los Angeles, Coleman said.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed her arrest and said she was deported Sunday night through San Diego’s San Ysidro border crossing. The discussions there included Luis Cabrera, Mexico’s general consul in San Diego, and Robin Baker, ICE’s director of detention and removals in San Diego, ICE spokeswoman Lauren Mack said.

“Obviously this was a woman who didn’t want to go. They wanted to make sure any possible legal avenue that may have been open to her was closed,” Mack said. “This was a very, very sensitive removal for us as well as Mexico.”

Outside an ICE office in Chicago on Monday, about 50 people protested Arellano’s deportation. “It wakes us up to do something,” said Bertha Rangel, who brought her three young children to the rally.

Arellano is staying with a friend in Tijuana, Coleman said. He said she had brought to light her struggle, and for that, “she has won a victory.”...

Illegal Aliens Kill More Americans Than Iraq War

As noted in Illegal Alien Crime Wave in Full Swing, in April 2005, the GAO released a report on a study of 55,322 illegal aliens incarcerated in federal, state, and local facilities during 2003. It found the following:

Of the 55,322 illegal aliens studied, researchers found that they were arrested a total of 459,614 times, averaging about 8 arrests per illegal alien.

· They were arrested for a total of about 700,000 criminal offenses, averaging about 13 offenses per illegal alien.

· 49% had previously been convicted of a felony, 20% of a drug offense; 18% a violent offense, and 11%, other felony offenses.

· 81% of the arrests occurred after 1990

· 56% of those charged with a reentry offense had previously been convicted on at least 5 prior occasions.

· Defendants charged with unlawful reentry had the most extensive criminal histories. 90% had been previously arrested. Of those with a prior arrest, 50% had been arrested for violent or drug-related felonies.

All of these crimes would have never happened, i.e. they were preventable, has we had a serious program of deportation of the illegal aliens already here and proper border security to prevent both entry and re-entry.

Mexican diplomats realize their hypocrisy (news article)

Mexican envoy hits own policies
By Stephen Dinan and Jerry SeperJuly 20, 2007

Mexico's ambassador to the United States yesterday said previous Mexican officials made a "dumb mistake" by issuing comic books to aid illegal aliens crossing the border, and said his government cannot criticize U.S. treatment of illegal aliens as long as Mexico has harsh laws on its books.

"It's very hard for Mexico to preach to the north what it does not do to the south," Ambassador Arturo Sarukhan said in a meeting with editors and reporters at The Washington Times, referring to Mexico's felony penalties for, and sometimes cruel treatment of, those caught crossing its southern border.

"Unless we correct the fundamental challenge of the violation of human rights of Latin American or Central American migrants crossing the border into Mexico, it's very hard for me to come up and wag a finger and say you guys should protect the rights of my citizens in this country," he said, adding that changes to the Mexican law are now pending.

Mr. Sarukhan, who presented his credentials as ambassador to President Bush in February, said his government is taking a new tack since the December inauguration of President Felipe Calderon, who has toned down the public relations push for an immigration bill in the United States and is instead trying to build infrastructure, combat corruption and create jobs to keep workers at home.

"The debate over immigration is an internal debate of the United States, and as such, I hope, this house noted a dramatic shift in the positioning of the Mexican government as of Dec. 1," Mr. Sarukhan said. "I think the previous Mexican government did itself and those that believe in comprehensive immigration reform a lot of damage by the way it tried to position itself publicly in an internal debate in the United States."

In particular, the ambassador criticized past moves to distribute materials aimed at helping illegal aliens safely cross the U.S.-Mexico border.

In 2005, the Mexican government's foreign ministry distributed 1.5 million comic books giving tips to would-be migrants, and last year Mexico's National Human Rights Commission planned to distribute maps to migrants showing water sites they could use during their crossing. The commission scrapped the plans after a U.S. protest.

"That was not my government, and I would say that in hindsight, or even without hindsight — I was consul general of Mexico in New York at the time these guidelines were delivered — and I saw this and I said, 'What a dumb mistake,' " the ambassador said, adding that the human rights commission was a nongovernmental body.

"I don't think that's the way that you work synergistically with the United States to co-manage a very complex border."

The new approach was apparent when Mr. Bush and Mr. Calderon met in Mexico in March, and the Mexican leader stressed trying to build new economic opportunities in Mexico as well as working with the U.S. to secure the border.

That's not to say Mr. Calderon didn't want Congress to pass Mr. Bush's immigration bill, which would have created a new guest-worker program and given citizenship rights to the estimated 12 million to 20 million illegal aliens already here, a majority of whom are Mexicans. Mr. Calderon called the bill's failure a "grave mistake."

But Mr. Sarukhan said Mexican officials understand Americans' trepidation and desire for a secure border, and he said they are well aware of the consequences if a breach of the U.S.-Mexican border were to be involved in a future attack on U.S. security.

Tulsa is a time bomb ticking

I have been discussing it here, I have been reading the news articles and I am thoroughly convinced that all of these kettle waiting to explode situations are because our country is not fighting nor protecting us anymore.

When did illegals have more rights than we do? When did our country allow criminal invaders to work here, outplace low-skilled american citizens and then not do anything while they took over our communities, attack us and assault us? I realize now that the fat-cats in the government don't care about the common american anymore. I realize now that some of this is a well orchestrated chess game, but what I don't think anyone realizes is the zeal determination of the American people who refuse to allow their country to be taken over. If you compare Mexico with the US - the people here are quite different, the reason we have succeeded where they have failed is because of who we are at the end of the day.

I really believe that there will be civil wars in a few places, I think some Texas town and possibly Tulsa will be one of the first and we have no one to blame but our government and the cowardly illegals who march out of their country instead of fighting to change it. I am so sick of the racist label being tossed about, no one is racist for fighting against those who do not respect the laws of the land by entering legally. For everyone of those organizations, they could very well be organizing to create better economies in Mexico and South America, tell me why that isn't the number one agenda? The hypocrisy is astounding.

We must come together and take back our country, before many lives our lost and our country destroyed as we know it. Don't think it can't happen, look only at the Fall of Rome, as a reminder...

The Revolt Against Illegal Immigration

Victor Davis Hanson,

July 6, 2007

After the utter collapse in the Senate last week of a comprehensive immigration bill, Washington insiders are blaming everyone and everything.

Supposedly, talk-radio hysteria killed the bill. Or was it the purported racism of yokels? Or did most of us fail to appreciate the hidden benefits of open borders so clear only to those in Washington?

In reality, the bill failed because millions of Americans opposed it, believing, among other things, that it provided virtual amnesty to illegal aliens. Through the "Z visa," the bill offered illegal aliens legal worker status -- along with a ticket to eventual citizenship -- after only a precursory background check.

More important, people were skeptical, to say the least, of hundreds of pages of more regulations when the last "comprehensive" immigration legislation, in 1986, either made things worse or was largely unenforced. That's why various polls reveal that most Americans were against the new bill, with less than 25 percent in favor of the Senate version, according to a Rasmussen Reports poll in June.

What causes this grass-roots furor, and where will it lead?

The public thinks anti-terrorism efforts are futile when hundreds of miles on our southern border are, for mysterious reasons, left wide open.

Then there is the American sense of fair play: Thousands of would-be legal immigrants wait in line from all over the world to come to this country. So why the special considerations that seem designed to address the concerns of just one group -- especially when Mexico already supplies the largest number by far of our legal immigrants?

Americans were brought up on lectures about the sanctity of the law. We were supposed to revere the Social Security system. Yet when the government discusses millions of phony Social Security numbers used by illegal aliens, it is usually in the cynical sense of whether that con enriches or bankrupts the system -- not whether such rampant fraud is legally and morally wrong.

Most citizens fret if they leave the house without their driver's license. They get nervous when their car registration or proof of insurance is lost -- and so grow irate that millions of others on the road don't or can't share their concern.

Another public irritant was that the present state-sponsored bilingual documents and ballots along with government interpreters were all never legislated. According to a Susquehanna Polling & Research poll, in February, nearly 70 percent of Americans supported an ordinance in a Pennsylvania town that included making English the sole official language.

Illegal immigration and the efforts to accommodate it have come about from either bureaucratic prerogative -- under pressure from employers and lobbyists -- or court decisions. In contrast, polls, referendums and legislative action all reflect a public desire to reduce illegal immigration and close the borders now. In fact, in a June Rasmussen poll, 70 percent of the public supported an immigration bill that does that -- and only that.

If the American public wants the border closed first, and discussion of everything else later, is that really such a bad thing?

Were the government to enforce laws already passed -- fine employers for hiring illegal aliens, actually build the approved fences, beef up the border patrol, issue verifiable identification -- we would then soon deal with a static population of illegal aliens. And that pool would shrink, not annually grow.

Some of the 12 million here illegally would willingly return home. Some with criminal records could be deported. Some would marry U.S. citizens. Some could be given work visas. Some could apply for earned citizenship. The point is that our formidable powers of assimilation would finally catch up and have time to work on a population that would be at last fixed. As aliens were more readily integrated with the general citizen population, Spanish would evolve into a helpful second, not a single alternate, language. Wages would rise for workers already here -- many of them soon to be Mexican-American citizens -- without competition from a perpetual influx of illegal aliens who work more cheaply.

Mexico would be forced to deal with rather than export its own problems. Billions in earnings would stay in the United States to help our own entry-level and legal immigrants from Mexico, not be sent back as remittances to relatives.

It's all a smokescreen

I didn't have much time to write last week, but I was keenly interested - in an almost laughable ironic sense of all the so-called battling for immigration change. I knew, like many that all of this so-called "Immigration Reform" and battlings by Senators will end up doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Was I right or wrong?

No one is enforcing the immigration laws already on the books. The capitalistic fat heads in the government have done nothing but ensure a destruction of the middle class and this country as we know it by allowing so many companies and producers to use illegal immigrants that can pay 3/5th a dollar. These illegal immigrants would not be coming by the millions unless this country allowed them to come here. Whatever band-aid they are proposing, they are not going to stop this "paid slave labor" - so I hope no one anywhere puts validity in this smoke screen arguing.

Illegal immigrants have been hoodwinked and lied to, bamboozled because they have been used and they have become cowards against reform in their own countries. They beautiful American dream they believe they will establish, is being destroyed by their very illegal presence. The more they come here illegally and allow themselves to become enslaved, the more they kill the very economy and beloved social existence they believe is so much greater than what they are running away from. They get a false sense of pride, a false sense of "race", a false sense of "overtaking" and this is where our country will fall.

Unless we as Americans come together, get off our lazy butts, stop having the world and life handed to us, we are going to watch the fall of the US in ways we can't even begin to imagine. That's why I am not motivated by so-called "Immigration Reform" it is all lies to keep us from the truth. The government is no longer for the common person, they do not represent us. They are allowing us to be invaded by illegals and yet they want to somehow make us believe that some vote is going to fix the problem they have allowed to be fester?

The bible story about the "Tower of Babel" is a great analogy.

Wake up, America. Wake up.

Response to an Ilegal, next time they bring up the "Your white ancestors..."

First, I am not white, so whenever an illegal immigrant writes or says this nonsense, it is silly to me. Part of my ethnic heritage is Native American, so these people who have no claim to this land, justifying it by using "white ancestors were illegal" blah blah blah. There is a good portion of American Citizens that are NOT white, did not come here illegally and helped build this great country for what it is today. I could go on, but I just came across a nice response about the whole "your white ancestors illegally came here":

Congratulations for working hard and putting some emphasis on the importance of education. However, you might want to study your history better. Your ancestors, the Spanish, murdered or enslaved the indigenous peoples of what is now called Mexico. When the Spanish headed north, they did the same thing to the indigenous people living in California. The Mission system was built on the backs of the Spanish's slave labor, the indigenous people. You must remember that you are a descendant of the Spanish conquistadors. So, if you want to hold me accountable for what happened to the indigenous peoples of the USA, then you must also hold yourself accountable for what happened to indigenous peoples of Mexico and the southwest United States. Where does it all end?

20 LOOPHOLES in Senate Immigration bill

Jeff Sessions US Senate

* Loophole 1 – Legal Status Before Enforcement: Amnesty benefits do not wait for the “enforcement trigger.” After filing an application and waiting 24 hours, illegal aliens will receive full “probationary benefits,” complete with the ability to legally live and work in the U.S., travel outside of the U.S. and return, and their own social security card. Astonishingly, if the trigger is never met and amnesty applications are therefore never “approved,” the probationary benefits granted to the illegal alien population never expire, and the new social security cards issued to the illegal alien population are not revoked. [See pp. 1, 290-291, & 315].

* Loophole 2 – U.S. VISIT Exit Not In Trigger: The “enforcement trigger,” required to be met before the new temporary worker program begins, does not require that the exit portion of U.S. VISIT system – the biometric border check-in/check-out system first required by Congress in 1996 that is already well past its already postponed 2005 implementation due date – to be in place before new worker or amnesty programs begin. Without the U.S. VISIT exit portion, the U.S. has no method to ensure that workers (or their visiting families) do not overstay their visas. Our current illegal population contains 4 to 5.5 million visa overstays, therefore, we know that the U.S. VISIT exit component is key to a successful new temporary worker program. [See pp. 1-2].

* Loophole 3 – Trigger Requires No More Agents, Beds, or Fencing Than Current Law: The “enforcement trigger” does not require the Department of Homeland Security to have detention space sufficient to end “catch and release” at the border and in the interior. Even after the adoption of amendment 1172, the trigger merely requires the addition of 4,000 detention beds, bringing DHS to a 31,500 bed capacity. This is far short of the 43,000 beds required under current law to be in place by the end of 2007, or the additional 20,000 beds required later in the bill. Additionally, the bill establishes a “catch, pay, and release” program. This policy will benefit illegal aliens from countries other than Mexico that are caught at the border, then can post a $5,000 bond, be released and never show up for deportation hearings. Annual failure to appear rates for 2005 and 2006, caused in part by lack of detention space, doubled the 2004 rate (106,000 – 110,000 compared with 54,000). Claims that the bill “expands fencing” are inaccurate. The bill only requires 370 miles of fencing to be completed, while current law already mandates that more than 700 miles be constructed [See pp. 1-2, & 10-11, and EOIR’s FY2006 Statistical Yearbook, p. H2, and The Secure Fence Act of 2004].

* Loophole 4 — Three Additional Years Worth of Illegal Aliens Granted Status, Treated Preferentially To Legal Filers: Aliens who broke into the country illegally a mere 5 months ago, are treated better than foreign nationals who legally applied to come to the U.S. more than two years ago. Aliens who can prove they were illegally in the U.S. on January 1, 2007, are immediately eligible to apply from inside the U.S. for amnesty benefits, while foreign nationals that filed applications to come to the U.S. after May 1, 2005 must start the application process over again from their home countries. Last year’s bill required illegal aliens to have been here before January 7, 2004 to qualify for permanent legal status. [See pp. 263, 282, & 306].

* Loophole 5 – Completion of Background Checks Not Required For Probationary Legal Status: Legal status must be granted to illegal aliens 24 hours after they file an application, even if the aliens have not yet “passed all appropriate background checks.” (Last year’s bill gave DHS 90 days to check an alien’s background before any status was granted). No legal status should be given to any illegal alien until all appropriate background checks are complete. [See pp. 290].

* Loophole 6 – Some Child Molesters Are Still Eligible: Some aggravated felons – those who have sexually abused a minor – are eligible for amnesty. A child molester who committed the crime before the bill is enacted is not barred from getting amnesty if their conviction document omitted the age of the victim. The bill corrects this loophole for future child molesters, but does not close the loophole for current or past convictions. [See p. 47: 30-33, & p. 48: 1-2]

* Loophole 7 – Terrorism Connections Allowed, Good Moral Character Not Required: Illegal aliens with terrorism connections are not barred from getting amnesty. An illegal alien seeking most immigration benefits must show “good moral character.” Last year’s bill specifically barred aliens with terrorism connections from having “good moral character” and being eligible for amnesty. This year’s bill does neither. Additionally, bill drafters ignored the Administration’s request that changes be made to the asylum, cancellation of removal, and withholding of removal statutes in order to prevent aliens with terrorist connections from receiving relief. [Compare §204 in S. 2611 from the 109th Congress with missing §204 on p. 48 of S.A. 1150, & see missing subsection (5) on p. 287 of S.A. 1150].

* Loophole 8 – Gang Members Are Eligible: Instead of ensuring that members of violent gangs such as MS 13 are deported after coming out of the shadows to apply for amnesty, the bill will allow violent gang members to get amnesty as long as they “renounce” their gang membership on their application. [See p. 289: 34-36].

* Loophole 9 – Absconders Are Eligible: Aliens who have already had their day in court – those subject to final orders of removal, voluntary departure orders, or reinstatement of their final orders of removal – are eligible for amnesty under the bill. The same is true for aliens who have made a false claim to citizenship or engaged in document fraud. More than 636,000 alien fugitives could be covered by this loophole. [See p. 285:19-22 which waives the following inadmissibility grounds: failure to attend a removal proceeding; final orders of removal for alien smuggling; aliens unlawfully present after previous immigration violations or deportation orders; and aliens previously removed. This appears to conflict with language on p. 283:40-41. When a direct conflict appears in a statute, the statue is interpreted by the courts to the benefit of the alien.].

* Loophole 10 – Learning English Not Required For A Decade: Illegal aliens are not required to demonstrate any proficiency in English for more than a decade after they are granted amnesty. Learning English is not required for an illegal alien to receive probationary benefits, the first 4-year Z visa, or the second 4-year Z visa. The first Z visa renewal (the second 4-year Z visa) requires only that the alien demonstrate an “attempt” to learn English by being “on a waiting list for English classes.” Passing a basic English test is required only for a second Z visa renewal (the third 4-year Z visa), and even then the alien only has to pass the test “prior to the expiration of the second extension of Z status” (12 years down the road). [See pp. 295-296].

* Loophole 11 – Earned Income Tax Credit Will Cost Taxpayers Billions In Just 10 Years: Current illegal aliens and new guest workers will be eligible for the Earned Income Tax Credit, a refundable tax credit designed to encourage American citizens and legal permanent residents to work. The Congressional Budget Office estimates that this loophole will cost the U.S. taxpayer up to $20 billion dollars in just the first 10 years after the bill’s enactment. To be consistent with the intent of the 1996 welfare reforms – which limited new immigrants from receiving public benefits until they had been legal permanent residents for five years – the bill should withhold EITC eligibility from amnestied aliens until they become legal permanent residents. Closing this loophole will save the taxpayers billions of dollars. [See p. 293 after S.A. 1190 was adopted, p. 307, p. 315, §606. All that is required for EITC eligibility is a social security number and resident alien status. Nothing in the bill’s tax provisions limit EITC eligibility. The issuance of social security numbers to aliens as soon as they apply for amnesty will ensure they are able to qualify for the EITC.]

* Loophole 12 – Affidavits From Friends Accepted As Evidence: Records from day-labor centers, labor unions, and “sworn declarations” from any non-relative (acquaintances, friends, coworkers, etc) are to be accepted as evidence that the illegal alien has satisfied the bill’s amnesty requirements. This low burden of proof will invite fraud and more illegal immigration – even aliens who are not yet in the U.S. will likely meet this burden of proof. DHS will not have the resources to examine whether the claims contained in the “sworn declarations” of the alien’s friends (that the alien was here prior to January 1, 2007 and is currently employed) are actually valid. [See p. 293: 13-16].

* Loophole 13 – Taxpayer Funded Legal Counsel and Arbitration: Free legal counsel and the fees and expenses of arbitrators will be provided to aliens that have been working illegally in agriculture. The U.S. taxpayer will fund the attorneys that help these individuals fill out their amnesty applications. Additionally, if these individuals have a dispute with their employer over whether they were fired for “just cause,” DHS will “pay the fee and expenses of the arbitrator.” [See p. 339:37-41, & p. 332: 37-38.]

* Loophole 14 – In-State Tuition and Student Loans: In-state tuition and other higher education benefits, such as Stafford Loans, will be made available to current illegal aliens that are granted initial “probationary” status, even if the same in-state tuition rates are not offered to all U.S. citizens. This would normally violate current law (8 U.S.C. §1623) which mandates that educational institutions give citizens the same postsecondary education benefits they offer to illegal aliens. [See p. 321: 8-31].

* Loophole 15 – Inadequacy of the Merit System: The “merit system,” designed to shift the U.S. green card distribution system to attract higher skilled workers that benefit the national interest, is only a shell of what it should have been. Though the merit system begins immediately, it will not increase the percentage of high skilled immigrants coming to the United States until 2016, 8 years after enactment. Of the 247,000 green cards dedicated to the merit based system each year for the first 5 years, 100,000 green cards will be reserved for low-skilled guest workers (10,000) and for clearing the current employment based green card backlog (90,000). From 2013 to 2015, the number of merit based green cards drops to 140,000, and of that number, 100,000 green cards are still reserved each year for low-skilled guest workers (10,000) and for clearing the current employment based green card backlog (90,000). Even after 2015, when the merit system really begins (in 2016) by having 380,000 green cards annually, 10,00 green cards will be reserved specifically for low skilled workers, and points will be given for many characteristics that are not considered “high-skilled.” For example, 16 points will be given for aliens in “high demand occupations” which includes janitors, maids, food preparation workers, and groundskeepers. [See p.260: 25 – p. 261: 20, p. 262, & The Department of Labor’s list of “occupations with the largest job growth” available at www.bls.gov/emp/emptab3.htm].

* Loophole 16 – Visas For Individuals That Plan To Overstay: The new “parent” visa contained in the bill which allows parents of citizens, and the spouses and children of new temporary workers, to visit a worker in the United States is not only a misnomer, but also an invitation for high rates of visa overstays. This new visa specifically allows the spouse and children of new temporary workers who intend to abandon their residence in a foreign country, to qualify to come to the U.S. to “visit.” The visa requires only a $1,000 bond, which will be forfeited when, not if, family members of new temporary workers decide to overstay their 30 day visit. Workers should travel to their home countries to visit their families, not the other way around. [See p. 277:1 – 33, and p. 276: 38-43].

* Loophole 17 – Chain Migration Tippled Before Being Eliminated: Though the bill will eventually eliminate chain migration (relatives other than spouses and children of citizens and legal permanent residents), it will not have full effect until 2016. Until then, chain migration into the U.S. will actually triple, from approximately 138,000 chain migrants a year (equal to 14% of the 1 million green cards the U.S. currently distributes on an annual basis) to approximately 440,000 chain migrants a year (equal to 45% of the 1 million green cards the U.S. currently distributes on an annual basis). [See pp. 260:13, p. 270: 29 – pp. 271: 17]

* Loophole 18 – Back Taxes Not Required: Last year’s bill required illegal aliens to prove they had paid three of their last five years of taxes to get amnesty. This year, payment of back taxes is not required for amnesty. The bill requires taxes to be paid at the time of application for a green card, but at that time, only proof of payment of Federal taxes (not state and local) is required for the years the alien worked on a Z visa, not the years the alien has already worked illegally in the United States. Though Senator McCain’s S.A. 1190, adopted by voice vote, claimed to “require undocumented immigrants receiving legal status to pay owed back taxes,” the amendment actually only required proof of payment of taxes for “any year during the period of employment required by subparagraph (D)(i).” Since the bill does not contain a subparagraph (D)(i), nor require any past years of employment as a prerequisite for amnesty, the amendment essentially only requires proof of payment of taxes for future work in the U.S., not payment of “back taxes.” [See p. 307, and p. 293 as altered by S.A. 1190, amendment p. 2: 19-20.]

* Loophole 19 – Social Security Credits Allowed For Some Illegal Work Histories: Aliens who came to the U.S. on legal visas, but overstayed their visas and have been working in the U.S. for years, as well as illegal aliens who apply for Z visa status but do not qualify, will be able to collect social security credits for the years they worked illegally. Under the bill, if an alien was ever issued a social security account number – all work-authorized aliens who originally came on legal visas receive these – the alien will receive Social Security credits for any “quarters of coverage” the alien worked after receiving their social security account number. Because the bill requires social security account numbers to be issued “promptly” to illegal aliens as soon as they are granted “any probationary benefits based upon application [for Z status]” (these benefits are granted 24 hours after the application is filed), an illegal alien who is denied Z visa status but continues to work illegally in the U.S. will accumulate Social Security credits. [See pp. 316:8 – 16, and pp. 315: 32-39]

* Loophole 20 – Criminal Fines Not Proportional To Conduct: The criminal fines an illegal alien is required to pay to receive amnesty are less than the bill’s criminal fines for paperwork violations committed by U.S. citizens, and can be paid by installment. Under the bill, an illegal alien must pay a $1,000 criminal fine to apply for a Z visa, and a $4,000 fine to apply for a green card. Eighty percent of those fines can be paid on an installment plan. Under the bill’s confidentiality provisions, someone who improperly handles or uses information on an alien’s amnesty application can be fined $10,000. Administration officials suggest that the bill’s “criminal fines are proportionate to the criminal conduct.” Why, then, is the fine for illegally entering, using false documents to work, and live one-tenth the fine for a paperwork violation committed by a government official? [See p. 287: 34, p. 317: 9, p. 315:6-8, & remarks made by Secretary Gutierrez on Your World with Neil Cavuto, 4:00 May 31, 2007]

Simple logical questions about illegal immigration

For anyone that refuses to ask the hard questions and allow the epiphany to overwhelm them, let's take a look at the following questions that I will pose:

1) How did 10 million illegal immigrants comes to this country from Mexico without being stopped?

This is the fundamental question, the president, Congress and the government overall REFUSES to address.

We have spent billions of dollars in border patrol, INS, Homeland Security and yet we have 10 MILLION PEOPLE FROM MEXICO that are here illegally???! Someone allowed these people to not only get here, but stay here. This should be epiphany #1.

2) How did 10 million illegal immigrants from Mexico primarily get mortgages, have jobs, get loans, go to school, rent apartments, without being deported?

If you focus on JOBS and MORTGAGES, where no illegal immigrant should have access, you will realize that this government NEVER ENFORCED LAWS ALREADY ON THE BOOKS! for the detriment of the American culture. This should be epiphany #2.

3) Why were the laws on the books for illegal immigrants not enforced?

People in government, especially George Bush are LYING to the American public. They have been lying to the public for years. Rich republicans want cheap labor, they want to destroy the middle class because it solidifies their position of power. Every fight, every supposed "new bill" is all just a smoke screen for the real truth. Please see the truth for what it is. This should be epiphany #3.

Alex Jones outlines the literal end of America following the Senate passage of Bush's mass amnesty program.

THE KEY POINTS

- The plan is the biggest amnesty ever and legalizes 25 to 30 million illegal immigrants (not the 14 million as reported).

- Rampant illegal immigration and its promotion by the US government is part of a stated agenda to merge the US into a pan-American union with Mexico and Canada and replace the dollar with the Amero. Destroying the middle class and erecting a de facto world government is in process.

- Faux neo-conservative talk show hosts are the most avid cheerleaders of the mass amnesty program, feeding poison to their listeners by claiming Bush is getting tough on the border issue and associating empty solutions like 6,000 unarmed national guard troops with the necessity to pass the guest worker program.

- Liberals are supporting Bush's number one demand while their idol Hillary Clinton dines with Rupert Murdoch.

- The program facilitates an invasion of skilled workers, further eviscerating American employment in high-tech jobs.

- The illegal alien invasion is spearheaded by violent and brutal race supremacist groups that call for the genocide of all blacks and whites and an occupation of the southern and western states.

- In an article, CNN's Lou Dobbs called the program, "full amnesty for all illegal aliens in this country, even though nobody really knows whether the number is 11 million, 12 million or 20 million."

- The blanket amnesty guest worker program includes a provision that if you're a felon the new law doesn't apply, yet the legislation includes a trap door that allows felons to remain if they have a "hardship" or family within the country. This is akin to putting a band-aid on a severed leg.

- The recent immigration protests were run by Vicente Fox and Bush administration PR firm Rob Allyn and Co. and were whipped up by the Spanish media weeks in advance as a mobilization of a fifth column to bully the American people.

- The media gives a positive spin to the immigration protests yet applies negative connotations to any anti-war or property rights protest.

- On the surface the protests were labeled "a day without immigrants" yet in reality the organizers called the protest "a day without gringos" and this was reported by the Associated Press.

- Bush has tied the smoke and mirrors ploy of "getting tough" to his blanket amnesty program which legalizes all illegal aliens and anyone that can get into the country for the next six years, as well as allowing corporations to fly in skilled and unskilled workers to further eviscerate Americans' jobs.

Learn Mandarin - China is coming

A repost of something I have been discussing about China taking over the world especially the US:

Chinese are coming to you in mass numbers in the next election. You ignorant Americans waste your time fighting about an issue that can't be stopped. Mexicans and others will come no matter what you do. Accept it. Device a program that will benefit each other. You dumb shits were fighting all the while Chinese have been building military forces even bigger then you had imagined. We are the political power of the world now. Chinese own most of the world.

Chinese military is so strong no one will dare to touch. The Chinese have been building a massive navy base and air-force behind your backs. You have been so blind.

America you are the dumbest country by far. Your school system is such a joke. Most of you speak only one language for that matter some of you don't even speak english right while other countries speak three languages on the average. I speak 5 languages and write three languages.

America you are the dumbest country by far. Your school system is such a joke. Most of you speak only one language for that matter some of you don't even speak english right while other countries speak three languages on the average. I speak 5 languages and write three languages.

It only took about 15 years for Chinese to be modernized and be the world leader. Wait till the next election. You have seen the signs but you rather be glued to the TV watching the stupid programs that brain washed you.

Did you hear about baby products that will kill your children? Baby scooter were made in China and has killed many American babies.

Keep watching little America.

China to land soon. The great invasion. Lots of CHINESE will come. 12 million Illegals will be nothing.

American Citizens writing commentary about illegals in their lives

What George Bush refuses to read:

The Myth of Cheap Mexican Labor

Cheap Tomatoes???

This should make everyone think, be you Democrat, Republican or Independent

From a California school teacher - - -"As you listen to the news about the student protests over illegal immigration, there are some things that you should be aware of:

I am in charge of the English-as-a-second-language department at a large southern California high school which is designated a Title 1 school, meaning that its students average lower socioeconomic and income levels.

Most of the schools you are hearing about, South Gate High, Bell Gardens, Huntington Park, etc., where these students are protesting, are also Title 1 schools.

Title 1 schools are on the free breakfast and free lunch program. When I say free breakfast, I'm not talking a glass of milk and roll -- but a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make a Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental, with trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK)

I estimate that well over 50% of these students are obese or at least moderately overweight. About 75% or more DO have cell phones. The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage pregnant girls (some as young as 13) so they can attend class without the inconvenience of having to arrange for babysitters or having family watch their kids. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK)

I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department or risk losing funding for the upcoming year even though there was little need for anything; my budget was already substantial. I ended up buying new computers for the computer learning center, half of which, one month later, have been carved with graffiti by the appreciative students who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in America. (OUR TAX DOLLARS AT WORK)

I have had to intervene several times for young and substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students here in the country less then 3 months who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them "Putas" whores and throwing things that the teachers were in tears.

Free medical, free education, free food, day care etc., etc., etc. Is it any wonder they feel entitled to not only be in this country but to demand rights, privileges and entitlements?

To those who want to point out how much these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they LIKE their gardener and housekeeper and they like to pay less for tomatoes: spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration and see the TRUE costs.

Higher insurance, medical facilities closing, higher medical costs, more crime, lower standards of education in our schools, overcrowding, new diseases etc., etc, etc. For me, I'll pay more for tomatoes.

We need to wake up. The guest worker program will be a disaster because we won't have the guts to enforce it. Does anyone in their right mind really think they will voluntarily leave and return?

There are many hardworking Hispanic/American citizens that contribute to our country and many that I consider my true friends. We should encourage and accept those Hispanics who have done it the right and legal way.

It does, however, have everything to do with culture: A third-world culture that does not value education, that accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by 15 and that refuses to assimilate, and an American culture that has become so weak and worried about "politically correct" that we don't have the will to do anything about it.

If this makes your blood boil, as it did mine, forward this to everyone you know.

CHEAP LABOR?

Isn't that what the whole immigration issue is about?

Business doesn't want to pay a decent wage

Consumers don't want expensive produce

Government will tell you Americans don't want the jobs

But the bottom line is cheap labor. The phrase "cheap labor" is a myth, a farce, and a lie. there is no such thing as "cheap labor."

Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children. He takes a job for $5.00 or $6.00/hour. At that wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year, if he files an Income Tax Return, he gets an "earned income credit" of up to $3,200 free.

He qualifies for Section 8 housing and subsidized rent

He qualifies for food stamps

He qualifies for free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care

His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school

He requires bilingual teachers and books

He qualifies for relief from high energy bills

If they are or become, aged, blind or disabled, they qualify for SSI. Once qualified for SSI they can qualify for Medicare. All of this is at taxpayer's expense

He doesn't worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowners insurance.

Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins and printed material.

He and his family receive the equivalent of $20.00 to $30.00/hour in benefits.

Working Americans are lucky to have $5.00 or $6.00/hour left after paying their bills and his

The American taxpayer's also pay for increased crime, graffiti and trash clean-up.

Cheap labor?

YEAH, RIGHT.

Wake up people

One person's hell with illegal immigrants in L.A.

I am reposting this person's first person account of how illegal immigrants have destroyed his life (Disclaimer: I do not condone calling Mexicans (illegal or legal) "wetbacks" as it degrading and discriminatory, however, I wanted to share the post as it was written):

I moved here to Los Angeles from Maine in 2002 and wetbacks have ruined my life since.

Jan 3, 2002: I move to LA. I pay 225k for a comfortable condo in the artists' district.

Feb. 17, 2002: Wetbacks begin to congregate outside my building selling drugs.

Feb. 28, 2002: One of said wetbacks broke into residence and robbed myself and three other condo owners. They are caught in a CC servailance camera. They steal about 6k in property from me. Two wetbacks are later rounded up and do time. I still never get compensation for it.

August 2002: The owner of nearby apartment and condo complexes strike a deal with HUD to rent apartments below market value for Section 8.

November 2002: Wetbacks start crawling in to the neighborhood

December 2002: Humans start leaving the area.

July 2003: The whole area looks like a third world country. There are beer cans and potato chip bags and even SHITTY DIAPERS strewn across lawns and in the gutter. Graffiti is everywhere, and every night illegal immigrants play their awful ranchero music full-blast. My property value has plummeted.

October 2003: More wetbacks move in and my condo is almost worthless. No one in their right mind wants to live here, so I have to sell to another wetback family (3 adults and 7 kids in a two-bedroom!!!) for $70k. The condos in Westwood and Burbank are now almost double in worth. Mine is less than a third. Wetbacks costs me about $150k.

May 2004: I've moved away and thankfully have a few months of peace. One day I have lunch at a cafe and get seriously ill. It turns out I've contracted acute hepatitis from the strawberries in a fruit salad because the wetbacks who picked the fruit don;'t wash their hands after taking a dump. I spend almost a week in the hospital and have to pay shitloads in medical bills.

Dec. 13, 2005: An uninsured wetback driving drunk blindsides my car. My car is totaled. The man is an illegal immigrant from El Salvador and has been responsible for THREE prior drunk driving incidents, one involving a little girl two years back. We are both taken to county hospital with moderate to serious injuries. I leave the hospital a day later with a chronic injury, thousands of dollars in co-payments, and no car. He leaves the hospital the same day with no medical bills because he was an illegal and thus got free Medi-Cal insurance and only 30 days for drunk driving. He didn't even serve the time, because he fled back to his Latin American shithole after his hommies used their welfare to post his bail.

Jan. 6, 2007: My brand new car is stolen and stripped by a wetback. Fortunately I had GOOD insurance and they caught the little fucker. He was an illegal immigrant from Mexico and had been deported TWICE, once after serving a sentence for molesting a 12 year old girl.

March 22, 2007: I am riding my biycle in the bike lane when a wetback on a cell phone crashed right into me. He stopped long enough to put down his phone, look at me, and shout "oh shit!" before driving away. None of the wetbacks who saw the whole accident even bothered to call the police or take down his license plate number. Once again, I am left with a long-lasting physical injury and thouands of dollars in medical co-payments. This wetback drives away unscathed. Since all the beaners nearby didn't have the decency to even all the police to get this dangerous driver off the streets, I can only hope his next victim is one of his own. Then I'll turn on the news and see the thing's fat ass mother wailing in Spanish about her little Julio.

Response to a Picture Poster by Illegals

My response to this poster I found on the web:

I do not agree with the Iraq or Vietnam war, however, these have NOTHING to do with illegals immigrants invading this country. If the president and its people would wake up to the fact that illegal immigrants from Mexico are a threat to national security, have a deep hatred for America and its citizens and are much more dangerous to the fabric and well-being of our country than any Muslim or Al-Qeeda "boggie man" that this country is trying to lie about.

For the cowards who created poster, I have a few things to say. No country is more guilty of abuse to people than your precious Mexico. They kill, slaughter and mistreat their citizens that makes the USA look like Disneyland. I have long ago figured that illegal Mexicans are the laziest most cowardly people I have ever come across. You make any excuse you can for the corruption of your government and focus on the US and its corruption, YET you want to live here. You lie to yourselves and delude yourselves in the crimes that are committed daily by illegal immigrants from murder, rape, stealing of identities and hate crimes ranging from out and out murder or black and white americans to harassment out of our communities and our schools and you justify your abuse because of some wars that have nothing to do with Mexico or illegals in the first place. If you hate our country so much, FIX YOUR OWN COUNTRY, FIGHT FOR YOUR COUNTRY. That is why you are cowards and leeches. You attack everything but your own country and you are cowards because you run away and demand something of a country that owes you nothing. You have brought civil war (it is coming) on innocent american citizens that have NOTHING TO DO with the government who makes decisions without us. How can you attack the plight of innocent people who are being harmed in one country and not feel the same way about the american citizens that are and will be harmed by your invasion. This is a hypocritical biased stance and you are our enemy. When more American Citizens realize your hatred and your militancy against our country, many die that never had to die because Civil War is because of your misguided hatred, racism and prejudice.

Bush goes on South American TV and promises not to kick out illegals

All the Republicans blame Dems for the current problem. But it is the Republicans who are not enforcing the laws federally.

And George Bush is the first president in history to say that we won't kick out illegal aliens.

That footage was broadcast all over South America and it caused a free for all for our borders.

Basically he said amnesty was coming.

Our president said he won't enforce the laws he was elected and swore to enforce.

George Bush saying if you can get over the border we won't kick you out.

That is one of the big problems right now.

Our President allowed the illegal situation to happen and he allows it to continue. People wake up, our government is to blame for this invasion...

Points on illegal immigrants

1. The purpose of U.S. immigration policy is to benefit the citizens of the United States.

2. Since immigration policy can profoundly shape a country, it should be set by deliberate actions, not by accident or acquiescence, with careful consideration to ensure that it does not adversely affect the quality of life of American citizens and their communities.

3. Immigration policy should be based on and adhere to the rule of law. Immigration laws must be enforced consistently and uniformly throughout the United States.

4. Non-citizens enter the United States as guests and must obey the rules governing their entry. The U.S. government must track the entry, stay, and departure of all visa-holders to ensure that they comply fully with the terms of their visas, or to remove them if they fail to comply.

5. The borders of the United States must be physically secured at the earliest possible time. An effective barrier to the illegal entry of both aliens and contraband is vital to U.S. security.

6. Those responsible for facilitating illegal immigration shall be sought, arrested and prosecuted to the full extent of the law and shall forfeit any profits from such activity. This applies to smugglers and traffickers of people, as well as to those involved in the production, procurement, distribution, or use of fraudulent or counterfeit documents.

7. U.S. employers shall be given a simple and streamlined process to determine whether employees are legally eligible to work. Employers who obey the law shall be protected both from liability and from unfair competition by those who violate immigration law. The violators shall be subject to fines and taxes in excess of what they would have paid to employ U.S. citizens and legal residents for the same work.

8. Those who enter or remain in the United States in violation of the law shall be detained and removed expeditiously. Illegal aliens shall not accrue any benefit, including U.S. citizenship, as a result of their illegal entry or presence in the United States.

9. No federal, state or local entity shall reward individuals for violating immigration laws by granting public benefits or services, or by issuing or accepting any form of identification, or by providing any other assistance that facilitates unlawful presence or employment in this country. All federal and law enforcement agencies shall cooperate fully with federal immigration authorities, and shall report to such authorities any information they receive indicating that an individual may have violated immigration laws.

10. Illegal aliens currently in the United States may be afforded a one-time opportunity to leave the United States without penalty and seek permission to reenter legally if they qualify under existing law. Those who do not take advantage of this opportunity will be removed and permanently barred from returning.

The United States will be destroyed as we know it

in a few short years...

I have been watching this for a while. I have been silently listening and paying attention. The quiet panic set in me, I hoped for change. I didn't want to believe that the world that I grew up in and knew was slowly being eroded right in front of my eyes.

As I started writing this blog and came up with the basis, it really opened my eyes to the entire crux of the issue that is going on. Illegal immigration is just one of many many holes in our country that is going to bring it to its knees. There will be wars, there will be deaths, industries will fall like never before, our economy will drop to its knees. People will be begging, crying, and pleading to leave and only the strongest will survive. Race will not matter, if only to excerbate war lines and we will be confronted that our time as a superpower will run its course.

I am talking with very mild mannered peaceloving Americans that are considering leaving this country for good because they realize that the government is no longer representing the american people.

CAPITALISM

If I ever wanted to peer inside the tip of the iceberg of how it all started, it is when greed and the need to rule and control became the ideology of this once great country. There is no soul in capitalism, no one compassion, no community, no social welfare. Capitalism is only concerned about the love of money and the power that comes with it. And that is where we lost. Ego was fed and allowed to grow and thus we are fighting silly wars across the earth, our own country is being invaded and the invaders are allowed to stay, fester, grow, organize for the mere purpose of corporate greed and thus becomes the destruction.

This blog will not just be about illegal immigration, it will be about the ways in which this country was destroyed from within. It doesn't matter about elections and empty promises because we are in too deep, these politicians do not represent us. All they do is bend the truth, make false promises better than the next and then sees who can get enough votes from the electoral college to get into office and if that doesn't work, a little voter fraud does the trick.

I want to remember the United States, the good p arts, the peaceful scenarios, the freedoms I had, the times of laugther, the middle class, the hard workers who believed in the dream because in a short few years it will be a thing of the past and all we will have are our memories.

To be continued...

Interview with an Illegal Mexican in Texas on May 1st, 2007

The hypocrisy and the unbelievable arrogrance of illegals is referenced in a reprint of an interview at an illegal march:

On the streets of downtown Houston, May 1, 2007

Jim Moore reporting for a Houston TV station:

Jim: Juan, I see that you and thousands of other protesters are marching in the streets to demonstrate for your cause. Exactly what is your cause and what do you expect to accomplish by this protest?

Juan: We want our rights. We will show you how powerful we are. We will bring Houston to its knees!

Jim: What rights?

Juan: Our right to live here... legally. Our right to get all the benefits you get.

Jim: When did you come to the United States?

Juan: Six years ago. I crossed over the border at night with seven other friends.

Jim: Why did you come?

Juan: For work. I can earn as much in a month as I could in a year in Mexico. Besides, I get free health care, our Mexican children can go to school free, if I lose my job I will get Welfare, and someday I will have the Social Security. Nothing like that in Mexico!

Jim: Did you feel badly about breaking our immigration laws when you came?

Juan: No! Why should I feel bad? I have a right to be here. I have a right to amnesty. I paid lots of money for my Social Security and Green Cards.

Jim: How did you acquire those documents?

Juan: From a guy in Dallas. He charged me a lot of money too.

Jim: Did you know that those documents were forged?

Juan: It is of no matter. I have a right to be here and work.

Jim: What is the "right" you speak of?

Juan: The right of all Aliens. It is found in your Constitution. Read it!

Jim: I have read it, but I do not remember it saying anything about rights for Aliens.

Juan: It is in that part where it says that all men have Alien rights, like the right to pursue happiness. I wasn't happy in Mexico, so I came here.

Jim: I think you are referring to the Declaration of Independence and that document speaks to unalienable rights... Not Alien rights.

Juan: Whatever.

Jim: Since you are demanding to become an American citizen, why then are you carrying a Mexican Flag?

Juan: Because I am Mexican.

Jim: But you said you want to be given amnesty... to become a US citizen.

Juan: No. This is not what we want. This is our country, a part of Mexico that you Gringos stole from us. We want it returned to its rightful owner.

Jim: Juan, you are standing in Texas. After wining the war with Mexico, Texas became a Republic, and later Texans voted to join the USA. It was not stolen from Mexico.

Juan: That is a Gringo lie. Texas was stolen. So was California, New Mexico and Arizona. It is just like all the other stuff you Gringos steal, like oil and babies. You are a country of thieves.

Jim: Babies? You think we steal babies?

Juan: Sure. Like from Korea and Vietnam and China. I see them all over the place. You let all these foreigners in, but try to keep us Mexicans out. How is this fair?

Jim: So, you really don't want to become an American citizen then.

Juan: I just want my rights! Everyone has a right to live, work, and speak their native language wherever and whenever they please. That's another thing we demand. All signs and official documents should be in Spanish. Teachers must teach in Spanish. Soon, more people here in Houston will speak Spanish than English. It is our right!

Jim: If I were to cross over the border into Mexico without proper documentation, what rights would I have there?

Juan: None. You would probably go to jail, but that's different.

Jim: How is it different? You said everyone has the right to live wherever they please.

Juan: You Gringos are a bunch of land grabbing thieves. Now you want Mexico too? Mexico has its rights. You Gringos have no rights in Mexico. Why would you want to go there anyway? There is no free medical service, schools, or welfare there for foreigners such as you. You cannot even own land in my country. Stay in the country of your birth.

Jim: I can see that there is no way that we can agree on this issue. Thank you for your comments.

WHY do illegal immigrants believe they "deserve" to live in this country? This is something I do not understand. A total disregard for the immigration process and a belief that anyone that wants to come to this country should be allowed no matter what, is unbelievable to me. There is no thought of the economy, the way of life, the rights and laws of the American society.

IF these three states become part of Mexico again, what will that change, but cause a Civil WAR and have people running again to the United States. HINT: MEXICO FAILED YOU! Instead of fighting to fix your country, change the status of the average Mexican, YOU RUN to a country you obviously hate and you want to suck it dry for your own selfish agendas with no regard to what you leave in the process...

This illegal's sentiments and the allowance of these "enemy of our state" to live here is the destruction of our country."

What lawmaker fails to understand regarding illegal immigration (repost)

I came across this brilliant commentary regarding the proposed law.

What people who support this amnesty for illegal aliens can't understand is the toll massive illegal immigration, and millions of amnestied aliens on the U.S. population as a whole. (and yes, it is an amnesty. Case in point, the forgiveness of tax evasion, which is amnesty from past tax obligations, and the penalties, as proscribed by U.S. law. U.S. citizens do not get the same consideration.)

) This plan, as with every amnesty in the past, entirely ignores the fact that illegal aliens are criminals. People who enter the USA illegally are not honest, the very fact that they entered illegally is proof that they have criminal intent, and therefore will commit further crimes. Those crimes are another financial burden to the taxpayers, in law enforcement costs, court costs, and the cost of incarceration and deportation.

2) In addition, the U.S. has a limit on number of legal immigrants for specific reasons, to insure that new immigrants integrate into the general population at numbers which are not damaging to the status quo. At present the U.S. accepts more legal immigrants at a higher rate than any nation on earth. This number is determined to be in the best interests of the nation to control population, to control the health of the general populace, to protect natural resources and for national security.

3) Illegal immigration at massive numbers is detrimental to fiscal stability for the majority of working citizens; to the living wage; to the nations most needy; to the infrastructures which are not capable of handling massive influx of humanity, as they age; to the public social systems and safety nets which were created to deal with a gradually increasing populace, and are not structured or funded to handle sudden massive numbers.

4) The issue of illegal immigration is not just about providing cheap labor, and providing jobs and income to some specific and segregated sector of the population which happens to be foreign nationals, who happen to work for wages which are poverty level or below.

The issue must take into account the negative effect on the majority, and on the most needy citizens of the nation, before the best interests of foreign citizens are considered.

5) The issue must take into account the future repercussions, stress on public programs resulting from that specific sector of the population exploding in numbers. The number of potential illegal alien workers is not finite in considering cost to federal, state and local services and programs which will be subsidizing and supporting the children of illegal aliens, when all studies show the specific aliens at this time produce a disproportionate number of children.

The costs of subsidizing, not just workers, but the ever increasing dependents of those workers, must be factored into the equation.

6) By limiting any "Immigration Plan" to address only the needs of some employers and the needs of only the illegal immigrant population, the study omits consideration of the whole, which is the entire population, and the effects on the entire population, including negative repercussions. The entire population is not being given the respect of being considered to be a human factor.

The impact on the rest of the population, beyond employer and immigrant worker, must be considered.

National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive

This is a reprint from an article I found online:

It is hardly surprising not a single corporate newspaper reported the death of the Constitution. Go to Google News and type in "National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive" and hit enter. Google returns ten paltry results, not one from the New York Times, the Washington Post, or related corporate media source. Google Trends rates the story as "mild," that is to say it warrants nary a blip on the news radar screen. Of course, another death blow to the Constitution, already long on life support, is hardly news. Few understand we now live in a dictatorship, or maybe it should be called a decidership.

"The Bush administration has released a directive called the National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive. The directive released on May 9th, 2007 has gone almost unnoticed by the mainstream and alternative media. This is understandable considering the huge Ron Paul and immigration news but this story is equally as huge. In this directive, Bush declares that in the event of a 'Catastrophic Emergency’ the President will be entrusted with leading the activities to ensure constitutional government. The language in this directive would in effect make the President a dictator in the case of such an emergency," writes Lee Rogers for Global Research. "The language written in the directive is disturbing because it doesn’t say that the President will work with the other branches of government equally to ensure a constitutional government is protected. It says clearly that there will be a cooperative effort among the three branches that will be coordinated by the President. If the President is coordinating these efforts it effectively puts him in charge of every branch. The language in the directive is entirely Orwellian in nature making it seem that it is a cooperative effort between all three branches but than it says that the President is in charge of the cooperative effort."

In short, Bush may now declare himself absolute ruler at any moment and Congress can like it or lump it. Naturally, this act of betrayal is of so little importance and consequence, the corporate media believes you are better served knowing Justin Timberlake is in love.

"This directive on its face is unconstitutional because each branch of government the executive, legislative and judicial are supposed to be equal in power," Lee continues. "By putting the President in charge of coordinating such an effort to ensure constitutional government over all three branches is effectively making the President a dictator allowing him to tell all branches of government what to do."

So much for the first three articles of the Constitution, designed to make sure there remains a separation of power between branches of government. "Ambition must be made to counteract ambition," declared James Madison in the Federalist Papers. Madison, in his original draft of the Bill of Rights, included a proposed amendment that would make the separation of powers explicit, but this proposal was rejected, primarily because his fellow members of Congress thought the separation of powers principle was obvious in the Constitution. There was no way for them to read the future, or predict the wholesale selling and buying of Congress, a judiciary stacked with reactionary troglodytes from the Federalist Society, and a largely brain dead public apparently more interested in Britney Spears lip-sync concerts than preserving the Constitution, let alone comprehending it.

Bush, of course, takes his marching orders from higher up on the food chain, more specifically the World Economic Forum, the club of billionaires and transnational corporations that meet annually in Davos, Switzerland, where they plot our future. In January, the Forum, "with numerous links to business networks, policy-makers and government, NGOs and think-tanks," at the behest of Merrill Lynch, Swiss Re and the Center for Risk Management and Decision Processes, and Wharton School, produced Global Risks 2007, a report containing various dire "global risk" scenarios, including "a full-blown [influenza] pandemic, with one million deaths worldwide." Other possible "global risk" scenarios include "international terrorism" and "climate change."

But what does all of this have to do with Bush and the National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive?

"The Directive slipped out relatively unnoticed by the mainstream media, yet it has important and positive implications for the future resiliency of public sector operations in the United States," reports Continuity Central. "The concepts of a National Continuity Coordinator and a centrally directed National Continuity Implementation Plan are to be welcomed in principle and are something which other countries should look seriously at emulating."

Earlier in the year the World Economic Forum called for such a position to be set up in every government in its 'Global Risks 2007’ report. This championed the appointment of 'Country Risk Officers’ who would provide a focal point in government for mitigating global risks across departments, learning from private-sector approaches and escaping a 'silo-based’ approach.
As for the position of National Continuity Coordinator, it went to Frances Fragos Townsend, chair of the Homeland Security Council, who reports to Bush, or rather the neocons and a scattering of neolibs who tell Dubya what to say and do every morning.

"Townsend, as Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism, by virtue of the National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive signed May 9, 2007, by President Bush, is also National Continuity Coordinator," notes SourceWatch. The National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive states: "The President shall lead the activities of the Federal Government for ensuring constitutional government. In order to advise and assist the President in that function, the Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism (APHS/CT) is hereby designated as the National Continuity Coordinator. The National Continuity Coordinator, in coordination with the Assistant to the President for National Security Affairs (APNSA), without exercising directive authority, shall coordinate the development and implementation of continuity policy for executive departments and agencies. The Continuity Policy Coordination Committee (CPCC), chaired by a Senior Director from the Homeland Security Council staff, designated by the National Continuity Coordinator, shall be the main day-to-day forum for such policy coordination."

In essence, the globalist oligarchy, from on-high in Davos, through "business networks, policy-makers … NGOs and think-tanks," are driving policies designed to reduce the Constitution to an irrelevancy. Of course, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights are but the last impediment to establishing a globalist soviet in the United States, soon to be merged into a North American Union, itself but a component of larger "trading" blocs carved out by the globalists.
Considering all of this, it makes perfect sense the corporate media ignored the rollout of the National Security and Homeland Security Presidential Directive, same as they ignore the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America, even though the latter involves the direct participation of Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez, Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.

Naturally, any talk of conspiracy to sell out the nation and dismantle the Constitution and the Bill of Rights relegates one to the tinfoil hat brigade, for if such things are not reported upon or discussed at Fox News, they naturally fall in the province of kooky conspiracy theories.

An Open letter to the President on Immigration

Dear Mr. President:

I read a news article today, in it you criticized those in Congress and americans who were against your so-called immigration reform (I have linked and copied it below this letter), I found it interesting for so many reasons and at times shameful.

Mr. President, you underestimate the intelligence and logic of the American people and you have proven consistently that the common American citizen is not someone you care about and finally Mr. President, you refuse to take responsibility for a situation that you have created and you are not calling for the sanctions that need to made against those that are prostituting our country for their benefit. I now wish to numerate my criticisms:

1) There is no real incentive for any illegal immigrant to come forward. Mr. President, illegal immigrants are getting welfare, they are living with business, they are getting mortgages, they are going to college and they are getting jobs without having to sign up to become a legal immigrant. The law you are suggesting is not taking into account that you have failed to enforce laws already on the books, there is no need to create a new law, enforce the laws already on the books. What happened to deportation? What happened to refusing jobs to those who were illegal, what happened to not giving businesses and education to illegals? What happened to deporting upon realizing that someone was illegal, whether it was for a traffic stop, a hospital trip, etc? Mr. President, you have failed the American people on this first point. You are not enforcing our borders, in fact, you have opened them.

2) The truth is not yet touched upon. Mr. President can you give a good solid explanation why we have over 12 million illegal immigrants in this country? Can you explain why in your two terms in office, we have had a 500% increase of illegal immigrants in this country? Can you explain why deportation has gone down, INS was destroyed and now illegal immigrants can march to take over our country and NOTHING IS DONE? Mr. President, if you refuse to give the harshest sanctions to the rich corporations that are making money off the "new breed of slaves" than you again, have underestimated the minds and hearts of the American people. Those who have allowed these illegals to work, live and benefit from our country, are the ones who also need to be fined heavily. I have not heard any remarks that even touches upon this. Is it because you are just surfacely addressing the issues with illegal immigrants while trying to keep the rich more rich and watch the middle class disappear and the poor unskilled and low skilled American citizens out of work, so that those in power can stay there.

Mr. President until you address the truth of this plight of destruction you have put our country on, no bill, no law will ever erase the inevitable. We are Rome before the fall...

3) I find it interesting that you believe that asking people to come forward, allow themselves to get a criminal background check and pay a fine is ever really going to cover the real issues here. Have you heard of Aztlan? Have you heard of the North American Union? Have you heard of La Raza? Did you notice how Americans are mistreated and booed upon by Mexicans (just look at the Miss Universe pageant last night) whenever we are near. Mr. President, can you explain how 12 million people that have illegally occupied a country with the belief that they are going to take it over and that habor a deep hatred for white and black american citizens is indeed beneficial? Mr. President, if these illegal immigrants have stolen social securities cards, lived under aliases, how and in what means are you ever going to thoroughly realize what all they may have done to live in this country? You have no real trace of them, they can easily lie and deny things, how can you even consider rewarding criminal behavior, behavior that this country nor criminal agency could ever truly realize or find out?

Mr. President, you are creating a recipe for Civil War. You are allowing 12 million people to benefit from a country they never respected to live in the first place and you insult the legal immigrants that worked their asses off, paid their dues, paid their fees to live here, while you reward those who haven't.

4) And finally Mr. President, why do we have a war in Iraq, when more than 10% of a country is invading our borders without regard for law. In every major city in the past year there have been marches by these illegal people where people have spoke of taking over our country, forcing us to speak Spanish and hanging and burning the American flag! Why aren't our military protecting us from a clear invasion? Look around my blog, Mr. President, read the words of very high level people that are reported on the war that Mexico is waging with us. How can you ever believe that anything less than protection of the American public is worthwhile.?

I fear this will fall on deaf ears, Mr. President. I know that one day a great equalizer will come and you will realize that those that lead, will need to be led. And this great country that has always been underestimated will take back a failed democracy and make it for the people again..

Signed,

An American Citizen

Bush confronts immigration deal skeptics

By BEN FELLER, Associated Press Writer 27 minutes ago
GLYNCO, Ga. -

President Bush' attacked opponents of an immigration deal Tuesday, suggesting they "don't want to do what's right for America."

"The fundamental question is, will elected officials have the courage necessary to put a comprehensive immigration plan in place," Bush said against a backdrop of a huge American flag.

He described his proposal — which has been agreed to by a bipartisan group of senators — as one that "makes it more likely we can enforce our border — and at the same time uphold the great immigrant tradition of the United States of America."

Bush spoke at the nation's largest training center for law enforcement.

He chose the get-tough setting as conservative critics blast a Senate proposal as being soft on people who break the law. Hoping to blunt that message, Bush emphasized that any new options for immigrants and foreign workers would not start until tougher security is in place.

The presidential stop came during a congressional recess, with senators back home and facing pressure from the left and right on the immigration plan. Bush's aim is to build momentum for the legislation, perhaps his best chance for a signature victory in his second term. The Senate expects to resume debate on it next week.

"A lot of Americans are skeptical about immigration reform, primarily because they don't think the government can fix the problems," Bush said.

"And my answer to the skeptics is: give us a chance to fix the problems in a comprehensive way that enforces our border and treats people with decency and respect. Give us a chance to fix this problem. Don't try to kill this bill before it gets moving," Bush told students and instructors at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center.

Bush repeatedly cast the matter as one of political courage.

"Those determined to find fault with this bill will always be able to look at a narrow slice of it and find something they don't like," the president said. "If you want to kill the bill, if you don't want to do what's right for America, you can pick one little aspect out of it.

"You can use it to frighten people," Bush said. "Or you can show leadership and solve this problem once and for all."

The bill would give temporary legal status to millions of unlawful immigrants, provided they came forward, paid a fine and underwent criminal background checks. To apply for a green card, they would have to pay another fine, learn English, return to their home country and wait in line.
The plan also would create a guest worker program. It would allow foreign laborers to come to the U.S. for temporary stints, yet with no guarantee they can eventually gain citizenship.
Both the new visa plan and the temporary worker program are contingent on other steps coming first. Those include fencing and barriers along the Mexico border, the hiring of more Border Patrol agents and the completion of an identification system to verify employees' legal status.

The legislation would also reshape future immigration decisions. A new point system would prioritize skills and education over family in deciding who can immigrate.

Georgia's senators both played leading roles in producing Bush's deal with the Senate. Yet they have also said they may not support the final bill, depending upon how it is amended.

Bush chastised those who say the proposal offers amnesty to illegal immigrants. He called it empty political rhetoric.
